意酒中菜 – 8大菜系之魯菜
由意大利商務專員公署(Italian Trade Agency)舉辦的《意酒中菜》系列已於2023年3月16日舉辦第5場,主題是「8大菜系之魯菜」,地點為灣仔齊魯家宴。
魯菜即是山東菜,不但是中國8大菜系,更是4大菜系之一,明、清時期均為宮廷御膳主打,其中不少菜式經常會於京菜和滬菜餐館亮相。魯菜可分為膠東菜、濟南菜和孔府菜,膠東指膠東半島,包括青島、煙臺。青島除了啤酒馳名,海鮮菜式也是首本。齊魯家宴的老闆正是來自青島,出品比一般山東菜給人重口味的印象更見層次。
意大利葡萄酒達人Ronny Lau精選8款來自7個不同大區的葡萄酒配搭各款菜式,讓大家明白到魯菜有餚不能無酒的傳統之餘,更可加深對意大利葡萄酒的認識。
“Italian Wine Pairing with Traditional Chinese Cuisine” – Lu Cuisine
After the Jiangsu Cuisine dinner in February 2023, the “Italian Wine Pairing with Traditional Chinese Cuisine” campaign by the Italian Trade Agency was back on March 16 with Lu cuisine at Qi Lu Jia Yan in Wanchai.
Lu cuisine is originated in Shangdong. It is not only one of the eight major cuisines in China, but also one of the four major cuisines. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it was the main cuisine of the imperial court, and many of these dishes were often featured in Peking and Shanghainese restaurants. Shandong cuisine can be divided into Jiaodong cuisine, Jinan cuisine and Kong Fu cuisine. Jiaodong refers to the Jiaodong Peninsula, including Qingdao and Yantai. In addition to being famous for its beer, Qingdao is also renowned for its seafood dishes. As the owner of Qi Lu Jia Yan is from Qingdao, you can expect the dishes are more than the ordinary Shandong cooking.
