I’m back with a new recipe ” Spicy Schezwan Noodles ” This easy recipe for spicy and tangy Schezwan noodles is completely vegan, and delicious to prepare as a tasty lunch or dinner. It features stir fried vegetables and noodles tossed with a homemade Schezwan sauce that’s got a kick of heat and just the right hint of sweetness.

Schezwan noodles are often enjoyed as a street food snack, but are super easy and delicious to make at home whenever you have a craving.

I love making and easing noodles and have shared so many versions on the blog like these non veg chicken hakka noodles. These veg schezwan noodles are another favorite of mine. Except chopping the veggies (which is majority of the prep time), the rest of it takes no time especially you have the sauce on hand.

Ingredients are as follows :

Noodles –
1 packet veg hakka noodles
2 glass of water
1/2 tbs salt
1tbs oil

Schezwan Noodles –
2 spoon oil
1 spoon fine chopper garlic
1/2 spoon fine chopped garlic
3 fine chopped green chillies
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped cabbage
2 chopped capsicum
2 chopped carrots
3 pinch of black pepper powder
2 pinch of salt
1tbs chilly sauce
1/2tbs soya sauce
1 curry spoon schezwan chutney
Fine chopped spring onions
