This time I decided to drive 100km east of Jinan city to Zibo, the BBQ capital of Shandong. One of the main characteristics of 淄博烧烤 or Zibo BBQ, is that they like wrapping their Barbecued meat skewers in flatbread together with red chili garlic paste and fresh spring onions.
