In this episode, I visit the DC area’s unofficial “Chinatown,” Rockville, Maryland, which is well known locally for its Chinese food. On this occasion, a first of a likely series of visits, I try out some Taiwanese spots. I order a variety of dishes. Among them…a dish that is infamous for its putrid smell.
