Join me today as we explore some restaurants and food places in Binondo, Chinatown that we weren’t able to visit during our first Binondo Foodtrip episode.

Binondo is known as the Oldest Chinatown in the world which is situated in the City of Manila. It was founded in 1594 and was created to be a settlement for Chinese immigrants who converted to Catholicism during the time of the Spaniards. The streets of Binondo bear witness to our rich history. Here you can see the old buildings that are still operational today.

Today, Binondo is one of the top tourist destinations, not just by locals but also foreigners. Not only because it has become part of our history, but also because of its rich culture and delicious food that is found here.
