On October 17, 2021, the 2021 “Taste of Taizhou” Shuicheng Crab Town Food Tourism Season and Jingjiang Food Shanghai Exchange Promotion Week will be launched in Shanghai. This is the fourth consecutive year that Taizhou has hosted a gourmet tourism season in Shanghai. The delicious beauty of the slow life in the water city, the delicious Jingjiang crab yellow soup dumplings, has attracted many Shanghai residents and tourists to participate in the interaction and taste delicious food.

The rich Taizhou morning tea is Taizhou’s gourmet business card. The promotional video played at the event showed many morning tea standards, which made Shanghai citizens and tourists full of praise. Jingjiang cuisine is an important representative of Taizhou cuisine, especially Jingjiang crab yellow soup dumplings, which are widely loved by tourists from all over the country. “Come to Jingjiang to eat crab yellow soup dumplings in the golden autumn” has become a seasonal gourmet tour trend. The event also invited the Jingjiang crab yellow soup bag production team to show the soup bag production on site.

The Taizhou Intangible Cultural Heritage Food Market is one of the key activities in this year’s “Taste of Taizhou” Shuicheng Crab Town Food Tourism Season. 丰盛的泰州早茶是泰州的美食名片，活动现场播放的宣传片，展示了众多早茶标准，让上海市民游客赞不绝口。靖江美食是泰州美食的重要代表，尤其是靖江蟹黄汤包，广受全国各地游客喜爱，“金秋来靖江吃蟹黄汤包”成为季节性美食游潮流。活动还邀请靖江蟹黄汤包制作团队现场进行汤包制作展示。

泰州非遗美食集市是今年“寻味泰州”水城蟹乡美食旅游季的重点活动之一。该集市汇集了靖江蟹黄汤包、猪肉脯、黄桥烧饼、泰州干丝等众多非遗美食。还有多位非遗传承人现场制作，吸引了众多市民游客驻足。

活动现场，靖江市文体广电和旅游局与“海上文创”共同签署了合作协议，在靖江旅游文创产品的造型设计、文化表现等方面加深合作，共同促进靖江市旅游文创产品开发。
