In this video, I did my first ever Hawker themed eating contest! As part of Heartlands Festival 2021, Eddy’s Ultimate Food Challenge is an eating contest which revolves around food items from different hawker centre all over Singapore. The winner will walk away with up to $800 NETS FlashPay Card as well as the title of Singapore’s Ultimate Foodie!

Finals is held at Chinatown Complex, where contestants will have to finish a 3KG hawker food platter which consist of:

– Bo Bo Cha Cha from Yi Yi Wu Tang Shui
– Dumpling Noodle (dry) from Yuan Lang Soy Sauce Chicken Master
– Mee Siam from Maxwell HaHa Mee Siam. Mee Rebus
– Pork CCF from Chef Leung’s Authentic hand-milled rice noodle rolls
– Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle (dry) from Ming Fa
– Roasted Duck, Roasted Meat rice from
– Popiah from Ann Chin Popiah
– Lotus Root Pork Rib Soup from Herbal Soup
