Soy sauce chicken is a traditional Cantonese cuisine dish made of chicken cooked with soy sauce.
Recipe:
– chicken thighs x 5
– ginger 10 slices
– garlic 3 cloves
– veg oil 30g
– soy sauce 40g
– sesame oil 10g
– sugar 1/2 tsp

tip: poking some small holes into the skin gives chicken a super juicy and full flavour

豉油鸡:
– 鸡大腿 5块
– 姜 半块
– 蒜 3瓣
– 酱油 40g
– 植物油 30g
– 芝麻油 10g
– 白糖 半茶匙

提示:用叉子在鸡皮上戳些小洞,会使鸡肉更入味.
