Beef Chow Fun is a Cantonese dish made from stir-frying beef, wide rice noodles (he fen or huo fun), scallions, ginger, bean sprouts, and dark soy sauce. Known as go chow ngau huo in Cantonese.

Corn Starch 1tsp

●Special Sauce:
Salt 1/4tsp
Dark Soy Sauce 1tsp
Cooking Wine 2tsp
Light Soy Sauce 1tbsp
Oyster Sauce 1tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Water 2tbsp
