Chilli Pork Stir Fry | La Jiao Chao Rou (辣椒炒肉)
A symbol dish from my hometown – Hunan province, China. We use a lot fresh chilli in our dish and they are not just for decoration but eating!
If you like chilli and rice you should try this easy over rice dish!

Ingredients:
-chilli a bunch
-pork 200g
-garlic slice
-black bean 10-15
-cooking wine
-dark soy sauce
-light soy sauce
-pepper powder

Process:
-stir fry pork fat until golden brown then add another part of pork, this will bring you 2 types of texture for the meat, 1 for crispy and 1 for tender.
-add garlic/black bean/chilli when meat are ready
-add all other ingredients and stir fry until chilli cooked, this will take about 5 mins!
