In celebration of the relaunch of Chinese Master Chefs 2017 program, a short two-part documentary is shown, featuring Chinese Master Chef and two-Michelin-starred Chef Mok Kit Keung of Hong Kong’s Kowloon Shangri-La Shang Palace, with the announcement of Chef Leung Yiu Tong (Hoi Tong Chinese Seafood Restaurant, Richmond) and Chef Sam Leung (Dynasty Seafood Restaurant, Vancouver) joining the ranks of Chinese Master Chefs
