This is part 2 of my Chinese Bakeries in NYC series. The location is Chinatown. First, Kam Hing with their incredible fluffy, airy, and satisfying sponge cakes. Second, Golden Steamer with their well made, flavorful, and fluffy buns. Lastly, Mini Cakes Cart with the variety of topping that only expand the flavors of the cakes.
