The original name of this dish was Fu Shou Quan. When the writers of the Qing Dynasty gathered together, Fu Shou Quan was brought to the dining table, and the aroma was fragrant after opening the jar. So a writer improvised a poetry: After the jar is opened, the fragrance drifts to the neighbors, After the Buddha smelled it, he stopped sitting in meditation and jumped over the wall to eat.
