Dezhou Braised Chicken （德州扒鸡 ）is one of Shandong’s famous signature dishes. So in order to make sure I’m eating the real deal, I drove 150km north-west from Jinan to Dezhou city. This little shop has been operating for over 100 years and has also been featured in one of China’s National food shows.
