通用酱 Secret Sauce in Chinese Restaurant for multi purpose use

2 Tbsp —- each, ginger & garlic (minced)
** premix sauce **
1/2 cup —- chicken broth
4 Tbsp —- each, oyster sauce & Chinkiang vinegar
1/3 cup —- each, light soy sauce & Shaoxing wine
2 Tbsp —– sesame oil
1/4 cup —- white sugar
1/2 tsp —– white pepper
** starch – water-mixture **
1 Tbsp —- corn starch
1/8 cup — water
