This is the atmosphere of Chinese Food Market during Chinese New Year 2023 festival in Bangkok’s Chinatown. This is the time during Chinese New Year 2023 also known as Lunar New Year. Bangkok’s Chinatown also known as Yaowarat Road where is well known for the greatest food street in Bangkok. This Chinese Food Market is located on Yaowarat Road and near Wat Mangkorn MRT station. There are many various shops and street stalls which sell a lot of fresh fruits, pre-cooked foods and chinese ingredients along both side of the alley. People go to buy Chinese food ingredients and fresh fruits at Yaowarat area during this festival. People wear red shirt during Chinese New Year festival because red is believed to be an auspicious color.
