麻婆豆腐 Mapo Tofu recipe – Sichuan cuisine

I’d like to share one of my favorite Chinese dishes. Hope you all get to try this and spice up your 2020~
Ingredients:
2 packages Soft tofu cut into cubes
2 Tbsp hot chili oil or any vegetable oil
2 Tbsp Doubanjiang – chili bean sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce or soy sauce
half Tbsp minced garlic
1.5 cup water
1 Tbsp cooking wine
1 Tbsp hot pepper powder (optional)
1 tsp chicken stock powder (optional)
about 150 gram ground pork (or any other meat of your choice)
some chopped green onions
some ground Sichuan pepper powder
2 Tbsp corn starch + 3 Tbsp water mixture
you will also need a wok, cooking spoon, and a lid for this dish.
